🥀 Ahlam was a 30-year-old woman from Jordan who was killed by her father. He smashed her skull with a concrete block.

🥀 Romina was a 14-year-old girl from Iran. Her father beheaded her with a farming sickle while she was asleep. He proudly told everyone: “you see my honor?! I killed my child for it.” 

🥀 Emine was a 38-year-old woman from Turkey. Her ex-husband stabbed her in the neck in front of their 10-year-old child.

🥀Nazela was an 18-year-old girl from Afghanistan. Her brother strangled her with an eclectic wire and then stabbed her to death for refusing an arranged marriage.

🥀 Heghine was an Armenian woman and a mother of two little children. Her husband abused me psychologically and physically for 16 years. After leaving him, the ex-husband stabbed her 30 times at her workplace.

🥀 Israa was a young make-up artist from Palestine. She was first attacked at home and taken to the hospital. Her brother and other family members late came to the hospital and tortured her to death. She died of respiratory failure.

🥀 Diana Raz was a 35-year-old relationship mentor who counseled many women dealing with abusive relationships. Her husband, who was a police officer, shot her in the head during an argument in front of their four little children.

🥀 Fadime was a 26-year-old Kurdish woman from Turkey who had immigrated to Sweden. Her father shot her in the head in front of her mother and two sisters. He told the police, “Fadime was a whore. The problem is over now.”
